Important Changes to CA's Support Web Site
CA Support Online is about to become CA's sole enterprise technical support website. The new site will go into production on February 23, 2008.

Here's what you need to know:

New URL, Same User ID and Password

The new site is available now at support.ca.com.
Once the site transition is complete, SupportConnect will no longer be available; you will be automatically re-directed to support.ca.com.
The new site will be available to you with your existing user ID (email address) and your current SupportConnect password.
CA Support Online does not support digital certificates. If you use a digital certificate now on SupportConnect, your login sequence will change slightly. If you don't know your password, use the new "Forgot Password" link on the home page.

New Features: You Talked, We Listened

The new CA Support Online offers...

Improved home page experience. Once you log in, the support site presents the information you have told us you most want to see, right on the home page.

Case Management. We've simplified the case submission process and have added functions to help solve your problems faster.
New Download Center. You'll now be able to download a product, all relevant post-production fixes, and all needed documentation, from one screen.
More Secure Authentication. The new site has improved security features, including secure automated password reset functionality, enabled by CA SiteMinder.
Better Knowledge Base Searching. Building on recent updates, the new site introduces new search capabilities such as the ability to save searches.
New User Communities. New online forums allow users to discuss CA solutions and related topics, share best practices, and exchange tips as well as private messages.

This new site is just the beginning. There are more improvements to come in 2008.

As always, thanks for being the most important part of CA: our customer.
