Formgroup ITIL
When saving the form under group ITIL, the system wasn’t able to refresh the screens for that specific form-group.
The group is called ITIL but in the screen list of form-groups in USVD mention itil. After renaming this towards ITIL it solved this issue.
Accessing web site Knowledge Tools
After installation of the software, it wasn't possible to access these web pages.
We got only the “Error 404”.
This issue is related to the changes of IIS 6.0. This application is using “ASP” pages. The utilization of these must be allowed on the IIS.
More precisely in “Web Service Extensions”. They following are now allowed for solving this issue:
Active Server Pages - Allow
Server Side Includes - Allow
