Creation of "Form-groups"
Form groups are used to control which users are allowed to view which forms.
The group created are:
  • Helpdesk
Additionally subdirectories are created with the same name at the following locations:
  • C:\Program Files\CA\Unicenter\Service Desk\site\mods\htmpl
  • C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\CAisd\sitemods\scripts
pdm_makegrp
A group name parameter must be entered
Usage: pdm_makegrp -g group-name
