5. Installation DB-Server Priority 5
The database server (Hood) is a production server. Which was already running DB’s for several applications.
The following scripts have created a DB for USD:
  • Pdm_database.sql
  • Pdm_tablespace.sql
  • Pdm_user.sql
For performance reasons some additional scripts has be created:
  • All_ix_ext.sql
  • Alter_storage.sql
Configuration of the ‘listerner.ora’ concerning this database is as follows:
Server:         DB-Server
Oracle_Sid:  paradigm
Port:        1519

DB-User is ‘paradigm’ with secret word ‘*********’.
