tables to database PARADIGM on lofty. It contains additional
information on assets (features like processor, memory etc…).
As well the sequence number for bulk import.
Additionally it has
the forms for printing the necessary documents with barcodes. For
using this feature they installation of the correct font is
required.

Menu items :

Barcode
Reports : Through this item you can go
to the overview of reports created for barcode
printing.

Asset
Features : Through this item you can update
the features for computers. (Those features are only used by
importing through hand scanners in combination with
barcodes).

Update
tables : When new items are created in
the DB, you must select this item for updating the database in the
access file.

Maintenance : Only needed if some great
changes are done and you want to rebuild the database in the access
file.
