Install MS DTC and COM+ components Priority 1
If done manually:
  • Go to Start - Control Panel - Add or Remove Programs
  • Click on "Add or Remove Windows Components"
  • Select "Application Server" and press "Details"
  • Select "Enable network COM+ access" and "Enable network DTC access"
  • Click OK
  • Click Next
  • Click Finish
