After running the wizard, the system launches the configuration tool: PDM_Configure.

Overview the data (and change, if required). Press 'Next'

Provide the required passwords and press 'Next'

Press 'Next'

Press 'Next'

Press 'Finish'

At this point, the Unicenter Service Desk Configuration will perform all necessary tasks

Press 'OK'

At this point is the upgrade done. Be aware on the fact that now the web is using port 8080. Thus, if you have firewall's in place, open this port for allowing to go through.
